eeqq Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the eeqq platform and all of its services. eeqq is an online casino and betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. In these Terms, "Platform" refers to the eeqq website, mobile version and application. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on or is using the Platform.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the Platform, you are fully accepting these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account and use eeqq services. This Platform is strictly prohibited for minors. eeqq may request identity documents or proof of age for verification at any time.

2.2 Account Creation Rules

• Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.
• Information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and your own. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• If you notice any changes to your account or any suspicious activity, notify eeqq support immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

eeqq conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process to maintain a secure environment. Before a withdrawal is approved, or at any time, you may be required to submit any of the following documents:

• A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of ownership of a bank account or mobile banking account
• Proof of current address

Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on eeqq is ৳200. The accepted payment methods are:

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — deposits must come from your own registered payment method.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. The following conditions must be met to process a withdrawal request:

• KYC verification must be complete
• Wagering requirements on any active bonus must be fulfilled
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

eeqq offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Please read the following conditions carefully before claiming this bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means you may withdraw after placing bets totalling ten times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you may withdraw from that bonus after wagering ৳10,000.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — unused bonuses will be cancelled once the period expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
• Attempting to abuse or manipulate bonuses may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• eeqq reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• VIP members will receive special benefits and cashback according to their tier.

5. VIP Program

The eeqq VIP Program has five tiers. Weekly cashback and special benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

6.1 Gaming Conduct

All players on eeqq must play honestly and in accordance with the rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bot, script or automated process to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to profit from technical errors or bugs in the game
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonuses or game outcomes
• Any form of fraud or deceptive activity against the Platform

6.2 Technical Errors

Any incorrect payment or outcome arising from a technical error will be considered void. eeqq reserves the right to deduct from an account any funds incorrectly credited in such circumstances.

6.3 Game Results

All game results are determined through an independent Random Number Generator (RNG). The individual terms and conditions of game providers may also apply.

• Registering using a false identity
• Attempting unauthorised access to the Platform's systems or network
• Attempting unauthorised access to other members' accounts

8.2 Right to Close Accounts

eeqq reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information
• Bonus abuse or manipulation
• The need to comply with legal or regulatory authority directives

In the event of account closure, any valid balance will be returned, however bonus balances may be forfeited.

11. Limitation of Liability

eeqq is not liable for any financial loss resulting from game outcomes or gambling. eeqq is also not liable for any loss caused by technical issues on the Platform, internet connection disruptions or failures of third-party services. However, this clause will not apply where applicable law does not permit the limitation of liability.
